Part of the series of sports games put out by 3M in the late 60's and early 70's. The games in this series feature high quality components and solid game play. The SPEED CIRCUIT game was the strongest of them all and continued to be produced by Avalon Hill when they bought out 3M. The 3M edition is much nicer than the Avalon Hill version though.
The game parts are in EXCELLENT-NEAR MINT condition. It is 100% complete. It includes the board, 6 metal cars, 6 speedometer dials, 6 starting position cards, the Performance Chart and it's stand, instructions and a sample game addendum sheet and the original grease pencil. The snap on the wrap-around cover/board is intact. I would grade the game parts a 8-9 on a 10 scale (see condition guide below).
The inner game box is in NEAR MINT condition. No tears, stains or writing. The wrap-around board has on small indentation mark as if it were poked with a pen. I would grade it a 8 on a 10 scale (see condition guide below).
