This team was designed for use with the 1970's and 1980's era
Table Hockey games. It is also compatible with some late
model Eagle Table Hockey games.
Each Coleco team originally consisted of a sprue with plastic bases and a set of team decals that were to be applied to the bases (the earlier Coleco teams were of pre-painted tin). Nowadays it is pretty difficult to find the teams in this unused condition. There were 2 main versions of the plastic Coleco teams. The 1970's version had decals with helmet-less players and solid bases. These bases were usually white. The 1980's versions had decals of helmeted players and framed bases with hollow centers. These bases were usually black. The dates I am using are approximate and there may be some cross-over.
This listing is for a sheet of unused decals. They are the official Coleco-printed decals, not ILLEGAL photocopies. It does not include the plastic bases that these would mount on however if you would like to add a set of black bases I have a limited amount of these available for an additional $10 charge. I do not have the original white bases. Please note that the glue on the back of these is very old and is probably no longer sticky.
This team is in GOOD condition. This particular set is in unused condition with all stickers still affixed to the original sheet. They are free of creases, tears or writing but unfortunately they have suffered quite a bit of foxing (small brown spots). I would grade it a 3-4 on a 10 scale (see condition guide below).
MINT (10): I will only give this grade to brand new, unused items. NEAR MINT (9): Shows virtually no use. Seldom if ever played. Just the slighest bit of scuffing to the decals. EXCELLENT (7-8): These were played with but very lightly. Some minor scuffs, probably a little heavier on the sticks. Perhaps a couple small tears in the decals or a very minor stain on 1-2 players. VERY GOOD (5-6): The players were not especially well cared for but not badly worn. There will be some scuffing from normal use and maybe some light stains, a tear in a couple decals (maybe a small bit torn off) or minor writing that does not detract from the general attractiveness of the players. No physical damage to the bases. GOOD (3-4): Obviously no care was taken with the players but they are still usable. They may have heavy staining, sun-fading and/or heavy writing or tearing of the decals. Might possibly have some cracks or chips in the bases but will still mount and will be playable. POOR (1-2): Only suitable to fill a space in your collection. Heavy wear. May be incomplete set or have broken unusable players.
